Yoga when grief holds you tight

How yoga is helping me through one of the most excrutiating event for a single mother is a realisation i explore daily and live fully since the day of the passing of my lovely daughter. Unexpectedly her sudden passing created such an overhaul of my entire life that the only available comfort i found was in pranayama, breath control, and slow lengthy stretches or intense dynamic stillness of asanas, postures.Slowly what was an exploration of a practice in studio became a lifestyle, a survival kit and an anchor. It is my purpose.
