Now to tell you the truth , I go for Moringa Oil Extract   mixed with either Vitamin E Oil or Sesame oil. that is because my skin really does not like creams and stuff. But also because i car for it.
What I also do, thanks to the fact I have access to Coconut trees in my garden, when available and opening a Coconut I never miss to sprinkle some on my face. It is just as good for the inside than for the outside of the body! The other thing I do, is to mix a bit of Royal Bee Jelly with a bit of either Vit E oil or Sesame Oil as the Royal Jelly contains super-foods for the skin. I also have eliminated all soaps and shampoos that are not natural and use Carrot and Tamarind facial cleansing paste.

Take care of  your skin, its your best ally!
Namaste,
