2012, Healing & Positive Energy

2012 is upon us and whether you celebrate the arrival of the new year with nothing more than a regular celebration or if instead you are already part of the mass of people who are experiencing heightened energies and will celebrate 2012 as a a fabulous opening of a renewal time, 2012 will still come.
There will be the detractors that by 2013 will be saying that as promised NOTHING happened and the world or better earth is still standing strong with the North Pole where it is now and that all the 'mombojambo' about 2012 is indeed a mombojambo for sure. On the other hand there will be the awakened, those who will have taken time to experience insight experiences, develop inner wisdom, cleanse the chakras, opened up to the various new frequencies surrounding and many more shifting experiences to raise their level of consciousness. The word ascension has become quite well-used in the past few years and often people give it their own interpretation. One thing is sure, the earth may still be standing as it is, bu the world as we know is experiences great variations in terms of exchanges between trades and types of trade. Currency flows will vary dramatically and may even come to a complete shuffling. Something is at play there is no doubt. So how can we prepare for change and how can we improve our perspective on change. The Internet abounds of stories, meditation music, and the same. One word comes to me more often than others: healing and positive energy. Healing for the inner wisdom, and the positive energy for the outer manifestation.


In 2009, when things got weird for me, I wrote an e-Book  about change and how to handle change. Here as a 2012 gift for you I offer an abstract of it to you my readers.

Healing Journey Notes & Exercises

Mindfulness is easy with a bit of regular practice. It can even become instantaneous at any time, with intent. Mindfulness is about experiencing the now and with time this becomes a way of life. The breathing exercise introduced here can be a start-up for each Energy Flow exercise. It is an ancient yoga breathing exercise which detoxifies the mind-body-universe connection when practiced regularly. It can be done anywhere, anytime, in the silence of your home, your own space, or in your office or anywhere suitable. Find a private area and take the time to look after your-self. Reaping rewards will be instantaneous. 

-   Be mindful, quiet and focused.
-   Start with your right hand. Place your thumb at the base of the medium finger.
-   With the medium finger block the left nostril. Breathe in from the right nostril, fill your head and body with the air and you feel ready, release the left nostril and block the right one. Let the air come out of the left nostril with force and imagine it takes out all toxins. Repeat three times.
-   Continue with the left hand. Place your thumb at the base of the medium finger.
-   With the medium finger block the right nostril. Breathe in from the left nostril, fill your head and body with the air and you feel ready, release the right nostril and block the left one. Let the air come out of the right nostril with force and imagine it takes out all toxins. Do this three times.
-   Now breathe in with both nostrils, let the air fill in your body and make a whole circle from head to toe and back and release the air with force. Do this three times.
-   You are now ready to start releasing control.

Absence of anger

1.    Be mindful. Release in anticipation.
Take a deep breath, close your eyes, hold it for as long as you can then breathe out from the nose and imagine all negative thoughts released.
Alternatively, look up at the sky or ceiling, with both eyes as this disconnects the process of thoughts in the mind from right and left sides of the brain. 
2.   With you own words, state two benefits or more of experiencing absence of anger.

3.   As you go along the practice of Absence of Anger, fill up the list of benefits at your own pace and visualize all the positive aspects becoming your new reality.
4.   Anchor the reality into your mind by repeating the breathing exercise with imagining all beauties of life coming in and feel the nectar filling you up.
5.   Repeat this exercise as many times as necessary.
Absence of worries
1.             Be mindful. Release in anticipation. Breathe. Feel the air filling your nose and release with conscious intent of letting it go.
2.            Look up at the ceiling or sky for as long as 20 seconds and let it go with intent.
3.            With your own words, state two or more worries or fears as they are at the moment. Be as detailed as possible.

4.            Release control. State loudly “This is over, here and now”.
5.            On another piece of paper write the exact appropriate opposite positive emotion or action you can take to change the path.

  1. Meditate on the impermanence of life in its most common form. Sit down in silence and imagine beauty all around you. Do this often. As you go along with notice the worries fade away and the feeling of living in the now becoming a meaning-full experience.
Abundance of gratitude

1 - Be mindful. Imagine receiving gifts, good things or blessings coming your way in anticipation. 
-  - With your own words, state two or more good reasons to say thank you for what you already have.

3.      Accept that life is a magnificent experience of abundance. Imagine loads of good things coming your way.
4.      Select two or more good actions you can do here and now to release gratitude in your life.

5.      Meditate on gratitude and how a smile can change the face of a crowd. Do this often and anywhere you are and accept the rewards brought to you.

Abundance of integrity

1.       Be mindful. Sit down and release control by breathing in and out.
2.      Before judging others, judge your own self. The mind-body-universe connection which connects you to the reality is an immense potential of integrity. It all starts from within, the feeling of trustfulness, fulfillment, justice, fairness, or love or any other feelings that strengthens up the vital connection with the reality. To achieve balance, a system must be based on integrity and to live in integrity means ‘walking the talk’. To commence or maintain good pace on the journey, few things need to go in the rubbish bin.
3.      In your own words, state two or more actions or thoughts you knowingly omitted to complete or fulfill.

4.      Think of the respective consequences of the omission for you, others or situations or the Planet.
5.      Resolve to take action here and now.
6.      As the action is completed, sit down, breathe and fill in your body-mind-universe connection with pure white light.
7.      Repeat this as often as a thought or memory pops up in your reality and slowly replace omission with gratitude feeling.

 
Honour all Forms of Life

Life in human form is rare and an opportunity to celebrate diversity. Six billions of individuals on Earth share habitat with other sentient beings such as fauna, flora. All radiate energy. To honor life is to honor positive energy of diversity. It appears that the more humanity evolves the more the gap widens with nature, as though plants and animals were infinitely reproducible. Actually these worlds of fauna, flora and human life are limited resources, not permanent and can be depleted or ‘endangered’.  Life as a human is an opportunity to respect the energy flow between nature and culture and keep harmonious rapports between each other.
  1. Be mindful. Breathe in and out.
  2. Feel the air. Look around, and observe diversity in forms of life.
  3. With your own words, state two or more forms of life you share in your immediate reality.

  1. Resolve to engage meaning-fully in respecting these forms in any ways possible to you.
  2. Open your heart to all forms of life. Give people, situations or the Planet a chance to breathe also.
  3. Meditate on the immense potential offered to human to celebrate life. To help you in this exercise, visualize hearts radiating from your being towards all forms of life and the reality. Imagine these hearts flying in all directions starting from your own heart and landing anywhere it can put a seed of love.
As you go along with this practice, feel the nectar of life coming your way and filling your heart with unconditional love.There are no boundaries, no blood lines, and no limitations in living in unconditional love. All can tap into it, all can give and receive. It all starts from within.
