Supposed or not Supposed - The Power of Natural Being

As we slowly settle in our new location, we are experiencing quite a few synchronicities, happy events, and unfolding of a divine plan that had been hanging there for us for sometime. Yes event can happen quicker, faster, smoother and abundantly appropriate anytime the fact of simply being where the plan unfolds is as natural as water from the source. It is called the Vortex, it is called the master plan, it is called the reconnected natural way of being or any else. It is called; Just be, who you are, vibrational beam of light in concrete form...

As we slowly establish new routines, new paths and walk this new experience with a feel of touching the earth with humbleness, we entered the Forest Temple, a large forested area at the heart of Vientiane, Capital of Lao PDR, also called Wat Sok Pak Luang, the temple. The compound contains a few relics, monks and nuns quarters, stupas and a small meditation temple. Heading back to our meditation session on Saturday afternoon, we developed the awareness of just being in the now, here and now and smiled. Yes, the meditation session ran with a smile on our face. Surely.

The question arose, after the session, by a fellow beginner, " Are we supposed to have an empty mind when meditating?" The answer is simple: there is nothing else one is supposed to do when meditating, then just sitting and being still. Being aware of the state of chaos inside the mind is very useful to see the light and shift towards silence. Being aware is the first step towards awakening...

The question of supposed to or not supposed to often arises. We can often hear someone around saying "I was supposed to be there, but could not!" To which a corollary comment would be "well probably you were just supposed to be somewhere else then!"  Let the mind be simple. Let the talk be simple. Just enjoy being. Align with the present moment and open the heart to the sounds of life. This is what we are supposed to do. And if the sounds of life brings you to work at the Stock Exchange, good for you if it takes you to the plains of the Mekong, good for you to! We all are where we are supposed to be at the moment that is supposed to enact what is supposed to unfold. That is beautiful enough to fill a whole day of bliss.

This is the natural state of being. Meditate on this state...
